These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Pro Marketing Services LLC, doing business as Consumer Protection Network (“CPN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and your access to our website and related platforms (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using our Site or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Site or services.

1. Eligibility

You may use our Site and services only if:

2. Our Services

CPN provides consumer assistance services, including helping users prepare, submit, and manage complaints against companies and service providers, and communicating with those companies as the user’s authorized agent for complaint purposes only (the “Services”).

You understand and agree that:

• CPN is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation.

• We cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcome, resolution, refund, or response from any company, agency, or third party.

• Any decisions made by a company, regulator, court, or other third party are outside our control.

3. Accounts and Subscription

To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account and purchase a subscription.

• Subscription Fee: Unless otherwise stated, the standard subscription is $9.99 per month, billed in advance.

• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.

• Payment Method: You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your designated payment method for all fees.

• Failure to Pay: If we cannot process payment, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings (or by contacting us, if that option is provided).

• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you will continue to have access until then.

• Unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.

5. Your Responsibilities

When using our Site and Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including documents, facts, and contact details.

• Only submit truthful, non-fraudulent complaints and not use our Services for harassment, threats, or abuse.

• Not upload or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.

You are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of the information you provide and any consequences that result from it.

6. Communications and Authorization

By using our Services, you:

• Consent to receive communications from us electronically (including by email, portal messages, or SMS if applicable).

• Agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design (collectively, “Content”), is owned by or licensed to CPN and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

We make no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or outcome of any complaint or communication. You use the Site and Services at your own risk, and CPN shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• CPN and its owners, members, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, reputation, or business opportunities.

• Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or Services shall not exceed the total amount of fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in such cases, those limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CPN and its owners, members, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

12. Changes to the Terms

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or Services shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
